1. Course Fees & Refund Eligibility

Once the course fee is paid, it will only be refundable under specific conditions mentioned below:

• Refunds will be processed only if:

  • The course is canceled by AJ Computer Education.

  • The student withdraws within 3 days of registration and has not attended any class or accessed any course material.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds shall be entertained if:

• The student withdraws after 3 days of enrollment.

• The student has attended one or more classes.

• Course access or study material has already been shared.

3. Mode of Refund

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or through bank transfer within 7–10 working days.

• Cash refunds are not allowed.
